Why don't you show prices?
Because the right price depends on the frameworks you enable, the AI estate you bring in, and the entity structure. A 10-system Starter for an Indian fintech using DPDP looks very different from a 200-system Growth covering EU AI Act + GDPR + ISO 42001 + CCPA. We'd rather quote you accurately after a 30-minute call than post a number that's wrong for your case.
What's a 'framework'?
One of the nine regulatory regimes the platform supports: EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, GDPR, UK GDPR + DPA 2018, CCPA / CPRA, FADP (Switzerland), DPDP Act 2023 (India), RBI FREE-AI, SEBI AI/ML. How does the trial work?
After your demo call, we activate a real tenant for your org scoped to the frameworks you picked. Full platform, no feature gates, pre-loaded with demo systems you can replace or wipe. Take 2 weeks, 4 weeks, whatever you need.
What counts as an 'AI system'?
Any AI/ML system — model, application, or workflow — that you register in our inventory. A single foundation-model API call across 30 internal use cases is typically counted as one underlying system with use-case overlays, not 30 systems.
Where is my data hosted?
You pick at sign-up: EU (Frankfurt), UK (London), US (us-east-1), India (Mumbai), or Switzerland (Zurich). Customer data stays in your selected region. See /legal/security for the details.
Can I move up / down later?
Yes. Switch tiers any time. We pro-rate on the new tier from the date of change.
What about a custom package?
If none of the three packages fit — for example you want Growth's feature set but Enterprise's BYOK + SLA — say so on the demo call. Custom contracts are routine for us.
